What is the cost of panel membership?
Membership is free.
How do I become a panel member?
To become a panel member, click here. Completion of the form will take only a few short minutes, upon which you will receive an email requesting registration confirmation. After submitting your confirmation, membership will be complete and you will soon begin receiving surveys.
Am I compensated for study participation?
We are pleased to offer you a choice of incentives for participating in our studies:
- Cash
- Exclusive Nurse Surveys-paid access to Vivísimo, an online biomedical research search engine (for more details about Vivísimo, click here)
If you have selected the Vivísimo option, complete one survey and you will receive a 30-day access to the search engine. If you have selected the cash option, you will earn a pre-determined amount in your local currency. You will be able to redeem them instantly upon completion of every survey. You also have the option to accumulate credit that you may redeem at your convenience.
Please note that you must choose either cash honorarium or Vivísimo access at time of registration. You may, however, change your selection at any time.
What are my responsibilities as a member of Nurse Surveys?
If you participate in a study, you will be responsible for thoughtfully completing the study in a way that reflects your opinion.
How often will I participate in studies?
Based on the information you provide during the registration process, Nurse Surveys will send you a survey invitation whenever relevant studies are available. You may receive several email requests to participate in online surveys every month. You will be able to quickly review the nature and requirements of a given study and decide in seconds whether to participate. You will then be able to participate in as many or as few monthly studies as you wish.
How is my privacy protected?
The privacy and safekeeping of your personal information is our top priority. Your contact information will never be shared with third parties, nor will you be the subject of spam as a result of joining this website. Please review our privacy policy.
What if I forgot my password, how can I get it?
If you have forgotten your password, please click here and complete the form. We will then email you the information.
How can I change or update my registration information?
You will be able to change your information directly via the website.
- Login to your account
- Select the required field to change under ‘User Information’
- Change details
- Click “Update”
How do I redeem for cash?
During the registration process, you would have identified your incentive preference as cash honorarium.
If you have selected the cash honorarium option on registration, once you have accumulated 1,000 MarketPoints, you may redeem those points for a value equivalent to $50.00 USD. Please follow the steps below to redeem.
- Login to your account
- On your main account page, select "Cash Redemption."
- If you have more than 1,000 MarketPoints in your account, you will be able to click the "Redeem" button at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm your mailing address and click "Continue"
- Enter the amount you would like to redeem and click "Submit"
- You will then be mailed a check to your physical address in your local currency. You should receive a check within 2-3 weeks if you live within North America and 4-6 weeks for those that are international. If for some reason you have not received your check within this period of time, go to Contact Us, write us an email and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I redeem for my Vivísimo Tool access?
During the registration process, you would have identified your incentive preference as access to the Vivísimo Tool.
If you have completed a survey within the last month, and have Vivísimo selected as your incentive of choice, you may login to the tool at anytim. To do so;
- Login to your account
- Select “Vivísimo login" from your main account page
- You will be transferred to a separate login to access the Vivísimo tool.
- Re-enter your Nurse Surveys login information to access Vivísimo.
Does my access to Vivísimo ever expire?
Yes, your access to Vivísimo will expire if you have not completed a survey within the last 30 days. If you have Vivísimo selected as your incentive of choice and have continue to take surveys on a regular basis, you can continue to access Vivísimo without any additional setup.
Can I change my incentive type between cash and Vivísimo?
Yes, at any time while you are a member with Nurse Surveys you may change your incentive between Vivísimo and cash honorarium and visa versa. To change your incentive option, please follow the steps below;
- Login to your account
- On your main account page, click “Payment Options”
Can I refer my colleagues?
Unfortunately, there is no referral program available at this time. Please check our website for updates.
How often is my account information updated?
Unless stated otherwise in the invite, your account information is updated instantly on completion of every survey. If this is not the case, please wait a few moments and then refresh the page.
How can I cancel my Nurse Surveys membership?
We expect that your experience with us will be positive and mutually beneficial. However, should you decide to no longer participate in our panel, please do so directly via the website. See below for steps.
- Log in to your account
- Select “Cancel/Suspend Registration”
- Let us know why you are unsubscribing
- Click “Cancel Registration”
Why I am not allowed to change my first name?
To protect your security and privacy, we have implemented safeguards to prevent commonly known tactics that can be used by others to manipulate member information and redeem your well-earned MarketPoints. In the unlikely case that your first name does indeed need to be altered, please contact us and we will be happy to make the change for you.
